Ghosts have been known by a variation of different names over the years, but their existence remains a mystery amongst mortals. When a being who has a soul dies, the soul often crosses over to the afterlife or is reincarnated. However, in certain cases a the soul will either cling onto the mortal coil or be trapped on it for an unknown reason. Ghosts can be seen only by Sorcerer's who possess The Eye unless they manifest enough energy to become corporeal, and even still, this is temporary.
